6. Bookings and Payments
Wasytt facilitates online and offline payments for bookings.
Offline payments (e.g., bank transfer to MASRVI — Account No. 27331447) must be completed and verified before the session is confirmed.
Online payments (if applicable) are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Wasytt is not responsible for payment failures caused by user error, network issues, or banking restrictions.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (available separately).
7. Mentor and Learner Conduct
Users agree to act respectfully and professionally when interacting on the platform. You must not:
Post defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content.
Engage in harassment, fraud, or spamming.
Attempt to bypass Wasytt’s booking or payment systems.
Wasytt reserves the right to suspend or remove any user violating these standards.

Must reflect genuine experiences,
Must not include offensive or false information,
May be reviewed or removed by Wasytt if deemed inappropriate.
